The Student Medication Scheduling and Dispensing feature makes it easy to manage and track student medication. Schools can view medication schedules for any day, filter and verify details before dispensing, and keep records up to date. With the right permissions set in Medical Setup, parents can view and update their child’s medication information directly in Parent Lounge.

Easily manage student medication with automated expiry tracking. Set expiry dates in the Medications tab or under Medical Conditions, and the system will handle reminders for you. The system automatically creates Student Custom Roll Types for quick attendance marking when an emergency is initiated. These rolls align with the school’s timetable setup and include each subject class currently scheduled, ensuring staff can check that every student is safe and where they should be.
