TASS API Program

Connect more of your school's systems through a continually expanding API program. The TASS API Program gives schools greater flexibility when connecting the systems used across their technology environment. Almost every endpoint supports GET, POST, PUT, PATCH, and DELETE, providing integration partners and school technology teams with more ways to securely exchange and manage data.

Flexible integration with Edval, Timetabler, and LISS is also supported for seamless management of room changes and teacher substitutions.

Timetable-related screens have been improved to ensure daily room and teacher changes are accurately displayed. Substitute Teacher data is now connected to the Daily Room Change feature, so all portals reflect current adjustments and provide staff, students, and parents with a consistent view of their schedules..

Invoice Approval Workflow

Give staff a clear process for confirming goods and services before invoices are approved for payment. A new Invoice Approval program in the Staff Portal lets staff verify that goods and services have been received before approving invoices for payment in TASS.web. This strengthens financial control, reduces the risk of erroneous or fraudulent payments, and improves communication between Accounts Payable and staff.
