Version 54 is well and truly on the way, and it's bringing some highly requested enhancements and new features with it. 

General Release is scheduled for April 2021.

Report Scheduling

The new Report Scheduling functionality allows you to automate the generation and delivery of reports directly to your email at nominated times and frequencies, removing the need to run reports manually.

Reports can also be generated for a time period relative to the current date (such as last week, this week or the last three days), providing staff with timely digests of important information, from weekly attendance summaries to daily pastoral care notifications and more.

Bank feeds

A new Bank Accounts Dashboard and automated reconciliation feature is coming to the Cash Book, providing insight into multiple accounts and improving cashflow visibility for your Finance Team.

New tools will allow you to import bank statement transactions and reconcile using an intuitive transaction matching interface.

Events & Payments

Tours & Excursions has been expanded to support additional types of school-based events! Now referred to as Events & Payments, phase 1 of this makeover includes:  

  • A consolidation of multiple programs
  • User Interface redesign
  • Ability to create a ‘Draft Event’  
  • Ability to 'Clone' an existing event
  • Ability for parents to add comments when accepting and paying
  • Summary Medical report
  • Improved integration with Roll Call

Substitutions

The Substitutions solution is getting a facelift! The update will give your staff better visibility over teachers on leave and tools to quickly and confidently allocate substitute teachers 'on the fly'.

Phase 1 of this facelift includes:

  • User Interface redesign
  • A day and week matrix view
  • Ability to allocate covers for multiple periods with a single click
  • Enhanced visibility of all Teacher schedules when allocating substitutions

Student Appointment Log & Self-Registration Portal 

A new Student Appointment Log has been added to the Staff Portal!

Designed to help you better track student whereabouts, the Student Appointment Log will allow you to schedule appointments with students for various things such as careers meetings, learning support discussions, IT visits and counselling.
 
A self-registration portal will allow students to 'check in and out' of appointments with visibility of movements in the Class Rollcall, 'Currently' function and tightly controlled by user permissions.

Enrolment Worksheet Projections 

With the new Enrolment Worksheet Projection tool, you can project your school's future student numbers forward multiple years, using school-definable probabilities for accurate forecasting. 

This enhancement allows you to create multiple projection templates and predict future student numbers by setting the Enrolment Stages and Probabilities for each future year - allowing you to track trends and assist with forecasting and planning.
