The latest version of TASS, Version 51, is now available for your school via the TASS Software Update program.
IMPORTANT: Your school must be running ColdFusion 2016 or later to take this upgrade. If you are not on a supported version, you will not be able to upgrade.
This release unlocks exciting features such as address heat mapping and validation, online parent payment schedules, and a mobile responsive Teacher Kiosk. You can try these features out for yourself, by accessing our online evaluation area!
There are elements of the software that require some additional steps in order to get them up and running for your school.

Version 51 offers an alternative option for your school's bulk SMS requirements! Your school can now opt to purchase SMS credits directly through TASS, using our new TASS SMS gateway.
These credits will automatically top-up to an amount of your choosing when you're running low - so you'll never have to worry about running out mid-send again.
To have this option enabled for your school, simply fill out and submit the form using the link below.
It's important for your school to have the correct address information for your enrolling families. That's why our latest release offers address validation and heat mapping options.
Address data entered by parents or staff will be checked and verified against known Australian postal addresses, so you can rest assured knowing your data integrity is protected.
Administration staff will gain new insights into where prospective students are funnelling from, using new heat mapping options.
This feature is currently only available to selected schools participating in a gradual beta release.
Full availability for all schools is anticipated early in 2020.
