To ensure a smooth upgrade, it's vital your school is aware of and ready for the release date.
It's vital your school has accurate address information for your attending families. TASS Version 51 will include address validation and heat mapping, for improved accuracy.
Address data entered by parents or staff will be checked and verified against known Australian postal addresses. Administration staff will gain insight into where prospective students are funnelling from, using new heat mapping options.
Give your school's families the freedom to schedule and manage their own payment schedules via Parent Lounge, using the new TASS Direct Debit Self Service program.
Using a trusted payments partner and an automated communication layer to support effective fee collection, parents will be able to configure account payment plans from bank accounts or credit/debit cards, within parameters that can be defined and customised by the school.

Add a personalised touch to your communications with new families, using the ability to merge student details into pre-made email and PDF templates.
Whether it's a letter of offer, invitation to orientation, or any other material your school may need to send - your email and attached PDF will be automatically populated with the new family's details, saving your school administration time whilst treating the new student like the individual they are.
