We're excited to announce April 10th as the General Release date for TASS Version 50.
Enjoy a host of highly-sought after enhancements designed to streamline your school's day-to-day operations, including: online leave applications, resource booking, improved purchase order workflow, parent absence notifications - and much more!
It's important to ensure your school is prepared for the release date, in order to ensure a smooth and efficient upgrade.
Staff will now be able to submit leave applications through Teacher Kiosk, and have it routed through an automated approval workflow. Applications will then be available in Payroll for inclusion in the next pay run.
The new TASS Resource Booking System will provide your school with a means to manage the use and availability of school facilities such as classrooms, sporting venues, computer labs, buses and ovals.
Enhancements now allow greater control of requisition approvals. Multiple approvers can now be applied using delegation limits. Other features include 5 file attachments and multiple GL accounts for each requisition.
Parents will now be able to submit the details of student absences via Parent Lounge. A notification will then appear within the TASS Attendance module, allowing your school to review and process absence records efficiently.
TASS V50 will allow your school to configure reminders for staff qualifications that have an expiry date - never miss a renewal date again.
Engage with new families by providing early access to Parent Lounge, where they can provide important information such as address and student medical details.

A new API that replicates the student and academic analytics in Teacher Kiosk will allow your school to connect data visualization software such as Microsoft's Power BI - view your data, your way.
TASS V50 will support SAML authentication and identity providers such as ADFS, Azure/Office365, Google, and OneLogin.
The V50 release offers a facility to automatically update and apply new ATO Tax Scales.
New options in the 'Generate Student Reports' program will allow your school to seamlessly display Progressive Assessment Activities on student Academic Reports.
Student attendance rates will now be calculated and displayed in various areas of Teacher Kiosk, including student analytics and Class Rollcall.
A new program will allow administrators to upload individual or bulk photos for students and employees. Files will automatically be resized and thumbnails will be created for you.
