REQUESTS

  • Submit requests for Software Support, Technical Support, Professional Services and Licensing
  • Book a TASS Stack Upgrade for ColdFusion & Java
  • See all of your requests (open and closed) in one place with a live status on how your ticket is progressing
  • Add additional information to tickets or comment back to agents
  • TASS Administrators will have access to all requests submitted for your school (unless they’ve been marked as private)
  • Mark requests that include sensitive information as private e.g. Payroll Details

  • Share requests with teammates who are interested in the progress
  • Access the Forum directly from the Hub to chat with other schools about processes, software enhancement ideas and more.

Providing Feedback

During the pilot, it is expected that you provide feedback along the way. 
Consider the items below as you explore the Hub.

DESIGN: How do all of the different areas / resources look and do you find them easy to navigate?

INFORMATION: Did you feel informed and could you easily find what you were looking for? Is there anything we should add?

TICKETS: Were the new request forms easy to use / find and could you easily see how far along your ticket is?

ACCOUNT: Was the signup and authentication process difficult? Was is easy to access the Forum directly from the Hub.

getting started

To access the Hub and begin using it, follow the steps below.

1. Click here and signup with your school email. You will automatically be linked to your School (by your email domain) once you’ve completed the signup. You will have three options:

a) Google
b) Microsoft
c)
Sign up for an account (email only)

2. You will then receive an email to confirm your account.

3. Click the link within the email to complete your signup.

4. To connect your account to the TASS Community Forum, click on Office 365 or Google, next time you Sign In.


NOTES:

  • If you’re a TASS Administrator, the Business Manager or Principal at your school will need to complete this form.
  • The email address you’ve registered with will be the point of contact for any requests submitted through the Hub. You can update your Contact Details for Hub requests and subscription preferences within the portal.
