STEP TWO

Get familiar with the new Customer Hub.

You may have already noticed that the TASS Knowledge Base has a new look!

Along with a new look, the search functionality is now more intuitive, making it easier to find the help articles and videos you are looking for.

With these changes, the Knowledge Base now has different URLs. Temporary redirects have been set up to ensure a smooth transition to the new platform, however, we ask that you please update your bookmarks with the below links.

Update your mailing lists.

Don't miss out on TASS updates, release information, events, resources and more. Ensure your email preferences are up to date so that you're receiving the information that's important and relevant to you.

Still not receiving emails?
Some schools have filters that can block you from receiving external emails; be sure to check any spam/quarantine folders and whitelist TASS so you don't miss any important updates.

Staff Orbit

While new functionality continues to be released for the Parent Orbit app, the team is also busy developing our second app, Staff Orbit! Development is being led by our six Special Interest Group schools, to ensure we're hitting the mark for the look, feel and functionality that schools need.
